Session 3: July 22 - August 4, 2012

Bonnie Castle Riding Camp, for 36 girls ages nine to sixteen, is held on the 100-acre campus of Stoneleigh-Burnham School, an independent school for girls in grades seven through twelve, located in the lovely Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts. It was established in 1982, and is named after Stoneleigh-Burnham School's most famous and beloved horse, Bonnie Castle, Grand Hunter Champion in 1978 at the Grand National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. BCRC has been one of the premier riding camps in the country for over 25 years.

Bonnie Castle campers ride in hour-long lessons twice each day, Monday through Friday, and have a semi-private or private lesson weekly with one of the Camp's dedicated instructors. They spend most of their time riding or working closely with horses. In addition to the intensive riding program, electives are offered in Equine Studies & Activity. A creative and cooperative atmosphere is stressed in every aspect of camp life. All activities, including field trips, are carefully and closely supervised by the well-qualified Camp's counselors.

Dormitory facilities are located in the Main Building, which also houses student lounges, the Athletic Training Facility and the School's Dining Room. Bonnie Castle Camp features outstanding food service. Stoneleigh-Burnham School has its own tennis complex, an outdoor pool, dance studio, stage and a comprehensive art center.
