Australian Exchange Program
As we announced earlier in the year, we have been working toward establishing an exchange program with St. Hilda’s School in Queensland, Australia. Plans are moving forward and we are delighted to let everyone know that the information is now up on the SBS website. If your daughter is interested, check out information there, read the Guide to Exchange Programs and download an application.

Note that the application deadline for the program is February 15 of the year previous to the summer of travel. This will give us plenty of time to arrange for travel and tourist visas, etc. St. Hilda’s is also now in the process of accepting applications and we’ve been informed that they do have some interested girls. St. Hilda’s girls would arrive at the beginning of the spring term and stay for five to six weeks, either in a home with a day student or here at school.

This is a pilot program and new to us this year. We look forward to an exciting and rewarding experience. Please contact Andrea Patt at apatt@sbschool.org with any questions.
