I agree to abide by the rules of this competition as set forth by the management of this show. I understand that the show management has the right to modify, change, cancel, combine classes and class specifications, over rule, and/or make judgments over any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the competition. I agree to allow show management the use of my photos taken at this competition to be used in results, articles, promotional flyers, and etc. Under Massachusetts Law, Section 2D of Chapter 128 of the General Laws, "no participant or participant's representative shall make any claim against, maintain as action against, or recover from an equine activity sponsor, an equine professional or any other person for injury, loss, damage, or death of the participant resulting from any of the inherent risks of equine activities. I understand that EQUINE ACTIVITIES are potentially dangerous, and that I may be injured and/or lose or damage personal property as a result of participation in the program, lesson and/or competition. Therefore I ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES including but not limited to: bodily injury of any nature whether severe or not, including but not limited to head trauma, joint trauma, broken bones, oral, eye or other facial injury, other musculoskeletal injury which may be temporary or permanent, including death, which may occur as a result of riding horses, contact with horses or equipment, physical surroundings or other riders and horses. I understand that injuries such as fractures, joint/muscle sprains and dislocations, and confusions are commonplace in sports. Every entry at a recognized show shall constitute as an agreement and affirmation that the person making it, along with owner, leasee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider and the horse (1) shall be subject to the constitution and local rules of the show; (2) that every horse, rider and or driver is eligible as entered; (3) that the owner and any of his representatives are bound by the constitution and rules of the show and will accept as final the decision of the hearing committee on any question arising under said rules and agree to hold the show, the school, their officials, directors, and employees and volunteers harmless for any injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents of the show. British Horse Society
Stoneleigh-Burnham is the only secondary school in the U.S. to offer British Horse Society Certification.
With teams that compete at both middle and upper school levels, our IEA Team boasts 4 National Championships.

Stoneleigh-Burnham offers riding lessons through our Community Riding Program for ages 6 years and up.

Debate & Public Speaking Society
The Society is open to any girl interested and competes throughout New England as part of DANEIS.
Students in this course engage in debate and persuasive speaking intelligently and politely.
Stoneleigh-Burnham offers a unique and dynamic summer debate experience for girls.
Directed by Ann Sorvino, our program combines academic rigor and intensive practice.
Diverse instrumental and vocal music offerings include Rock Band, Big Band, Chorus, and more.
Directed by Lucinda Kidder, the Theater Department produces a main stage play every winter.
Extensive visual arts offerings include IB Art, photography, weaving, graphic design, and more.
Three exhibitions featured every year. Exhibition submissions accepted on a rolling basis.
